At ShopyVibes, we want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy ensures a simple and hassle-free process to exchange or refund your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items may also be non-returnable.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support at info@shopyvibes.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Contact support to arrange an exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will replace it at no extra cost.
